Our annual free BBQ that takes place on the 4th of July helps with tent setup/teardown, cooking, and general setup during the event. A very laid-back, enjoyable community atmosphere.
Our largest event of the year! Volunteer opportunities range from tent setup/teardown, parade organization, pouring beer, managing kids' games, and more. You can be as involved as you like
For our wrap-up event of the season, we are looking to make this bigger and better than ever. Things we could use help with are people to watch over and feed the firepits on street corners, street closures, and placement of heaters at the center of Main St.
This is exactly as it sounds. In November, we partner with the Stevensville Fire Dept. to hang the Christmas lights over Main Street, and usually around February, we pull them down. It's an early job that doesn't take long, but we appreciate the help, and it makes a difference in the appearance of Stevensville during the holiday season.
