Marketplace vendor/exhibitor terms

1. Booth sizes are 12’ W x 12’ D. You are to provide your own display tables. We can provide an 8' table for a fee of $25.

2. No political party or candidate booths are permitted at this event. Violation will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of payment.

3. Local and made-in-Montana products are given priority. Products should complement the merchandise sold in local businesses in Stevensville and the Bitterroot Valley, offering something fresh for locals to purchase while maintaining quality and a “shop local” atmosphere.

4. Vendors registering as Young Entrepreneurs must be under 18 years old.

5. No food or drink sales are allowed in the marketplace.

6. Non-profit booths certify that they have a not-for-profit status and are using their booth space to promote their cause (i.e., information & education).

7. Non-profits wishing to sell food or other merchandise must sign up as a food vendor or marketplace vendor and pay the applicable fees.

8. Power is not provided, and gas-powered generators are prohibited. Portable power stations (Jackery, Anker, Bluetti, etc.) are allowed and encouraged for booth lighting.

9. Shade canopies are allowed in your space BUT are required to be adequately secured upon setup in the event of adverse weather conditions.

10. Soliciting outside of your booth space is prohibited. You can be in front of your space but are prohibited from roaming the marketplace and/or event grounds to solicit your business or organization. You will get one warning if this is violated. If a follow-up is required, you will be asked to leave the event and forfeit your payment.

11. You are only allowed to drive to your booth during designated setup and teardown hours unless authorized by event staff. This is for the safety of the attendees. ABSOLUTELY NO VEHICLE TRAFFIC DURING SPECIFIED SHOW HOURS. Violation of this can be cause for removal and potential ban of future events.

Teardown: 9 pm-11 pm

*If needed, teardown can be done on Sunday, August 3rd, before noon.
